Listing Procedures

Any individual or entity who is added to the list is sent an initial acknowledgment email or letter (sent by Registered Post), during which they are provided 30 Days to Respond to the claims made.

If no response is received, the file gets processed after 30 Days and the party is added to the appropriate list as per EUB Rules and Regulations (Update 16.5.40 2021). If the filing is disputed, claimants must attach information or evidence to support their claim.

A committee consisting of 10 Adjudicators (one member from each of our Top-10 Global Institutions) meet once a month in order to review any disputed files. Any decision made by the committee is final, and a name can only then be removed off the list by a request from the Institution who filed the request in the first place.

All EUB Members review the Rules and Regulations framework on an annual basis, which forms the foundation of our Listing Procedure and Continuation Criteria.
